TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement. Buying from cultureliving.store, or using the site in any other way, means you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Products as described. Every item is sold in the condition described. We build our descriptions and photographs from the information our suppliers give us and we keep them as accurate as we can. Small differences in colour, grain, texture or measurement are normal, partly because screens render colour differently and partly because natural materials vary from piece to piece. Differences of that kind are not a fault.

3. Prices and availability. Prices can change at any time and without warning. We may also limit how many units of an item a single customer can buy, and we may cancel any order we have reason to believe is fraudulent.

4. Payment. Orders are prepared once payment has cleared in full. We accept the major credit and debit cards along with PayPal.

5. Delivery timing. Orders usually arrive within 6 to 20 business days. That is an estimate rather than a promise. Delays caused by customs, couriers, weather or anything else outside our control are not our responsibility.

6. How you may use the site. You agree not to use cultureliving.store for anything unlawful, and not to use it in any way that breaks a law that applies to you.

7. Changes to these terms. We may revise these terms whenever we need to. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
