Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–30 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, public holidays, or factors outside our control.
Pricing Standard shipping is free for orders >$70
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.
Split Shipment If a customer orders multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us at help@cultureliving.store and we'll investigate immediately.
